No baby yet

.... just in case you're wondering. Although my body and mind seem to be in training for the arrival of the kid, as everybody at work yesterday told me how tired I look, I was in bed by 10:00 pm last night, and I woke up around 3:00 am with no hope of getting back to sleep.

Of course, I have no idea what it will really be like. (I'm psychic, you see: I could sense all of the parents out there mentally screaming Oh, he really doesn't know what he's getting into, just wait). So... off to more social events today. I wonder how many phone calls we'll get asking "Have you had the baby yet? Have you had the baby yet?".

I REALLY REALLY wanted to call today, but then I read this blog entry. I won't call, but I hope you and Lynn are both doing well. The other thing you will be sick of hearing shortly is, "The baby will come when it's ready."
Come on BABY! Your Auntie Kelly can't wait to meet you!!!

This may be a sign that baby takes after me... I'm always a little bit late. I'm sure baby is really looking forward to meeting his/her Auntie Kelly too!

What baby wants to be born on a weekend? C'mon, everyone knows babies come out in the wee hours of a weeknight.
